What is Spiritual Direction?

A Spiritual Director helps you deepen your relationship with the Divine (God, Source, Spirit, Higher Power, Inner Wisdom). The Spiritual Director does not direct your life or decisions. Instead, they direct you to listen within (meditation/prayer) to hear and discern answers from your Source.

Coaching 

Individual Session (Suggested Appreciation $75 or package of 4 $200)

What happens during Coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative process in which a coach helps a person identify goals, overcome obstacle and create a plan for moving forward. A coach may help: clarify goals, identify strengths, develop an action plan, provide accountability, and build confidence.

Energy Healing Session

Individual Session (Suggested Appreciation $75 or package of 4 $200)

What is Energy Healing?

An Energy Healer practices methods intended to balance a persons energy field to promote physical, emotional, mental, spiritual well-being. The healing comes through the healer from the Divine for the Highest Good.

Membership

Includes Inner Conversations 2 and a Weekly Support Call (Meditation and coaching for your Intentions)
