During Inner Conversations 1 you will experience several meditation techniques that will help you ‘tune in’ to your inner voices and learn to discern which voices are from past programming, fears, gremlins, or Higher Wisdom.
Inner Conversations 2:
A Variety of Spiritual Practices 12 Weeks (Suggested Appreciation $100)
The Intent of this class is to increase inner awareness and to strengthen trust in your inner voice. You will experience spiritual practices from a variety of traditions including journaling, imaging, visualization, body practices, psychological work, meditation, contemplation, prayer, dreams, psychic work and intuition. You will explore some of the joys and pitfalls of the of the spiritual life as well as your life questions and issues. The goal is for you to find your own best practices to connect with the divine.
Prayer: Intimate Connection
6 Weeks. (Suggested Appreciation $60)
This class will focus on our conversations with the Divine. With focus on inner quiet…asking and listening we find Guidance for life’s questions comes when you quiet the mind, ask Source, listen within & recognize synchronicities in your life.
World Religions
8 Weeks (Suggested Appreciation $80)
This Course invites exploration of the world’s great religious traditions.
The goal is to understand how different cultures have answered humanities’ deepest questions and how these traditions continue to shape lives today.
We will identify common elements found in most religious traditions and recognize shared values.
Students are encouraged to reflect on how each tradition may illuminate their own spiritual journey.
